We carry all items in stock. However, the company reserves the right to inform you within 48 hours if an item you have chosen is out of stock and will notify you as to when the item is expected to be in stock, prior to the order being processed.
We generally ship your package within 1-3 days of receiving your order. We observe Jewish Shabbat and holiday times and we do not ship on Saturdays or Jewish Holidays.
Shipping charges are in US dollars. The customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be imposed on international orders.
All shipments are generally sent DHL ground unless otherwise requested. The purchaser will be informed of shipping charges for alternative shipping that is requested prior to shipping of merchandise.
